1. PSTN: Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month and includes one PSTN line rental.
2. Minimum contract term of 12 months applies. Minimum Total Costs are calculated over 12 months. Unless stated otherwise all bills sent to nominated email address.
3. All calls not listed as Standard Call types, such as calls to international numbers, premium numbers, directory assistance, are charged in addition to the Monthly Access Fee. Additional services such as caller ID, directory assistance etc are charged at standard rates which can be viewed here. Charges to premium numbers are set by the number provider. International call rates are available upon request and may be subject to change without notice.
4. Timed calls are billed in 30 second increments. For Data call rates, please contact NBM Customer Service Team.
5. Information and pricing is correct at time of printing and is subject to change without notice. All pricing is inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
6. The Early Termination Fee otherwise known as the ETF is the plan fee X the remaining months of the contract.
